53-2a-1501. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1)"Committee" means the Grid Resilience Committee created in Section 53-2a-1503 .
(2)"Division" means the Utah Division of Emergency Management created in Section 53-2a-103 .
(3)"Grid resilience" means efforts to provide greater resilience to the state's infrastructure with respect to:
(a)weather events;
(b)wildfire;
(c)acts of terrorism; or
(d)other potentially damaging events.
