41-28-104. Operation on public highways.
An individual may operate a classic vehicle properly registered under Chapter 1a, Motor Vehicle Act, on the streets and highways:
(a)to or from an assembly, convention, parade, or other meeting where the vehicle and the vehicle's ownership are of primary interest; or
(b)to, from, or during a local, state, or national tour held primarily for the exhibition and enjoyment of the vehicle by the vehicle's owner; and
(2)if the individual operates the vehicle in a manner that does not constitute a public nuisance or create a hazard to another motor vehicle or person.
