41-28-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(a)"Classic travel trailer" means a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that is:
(i)model year 1982 or older; and
(ii)primarily a collector's item that is used for:
(A)participation in club activities;
(B)exhibitions;
(C)tours;
(D)parades;
(E)occasional recreational or vacation use; or
(F)other similar uses.
(b)"Classic travel trailer" does not include a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that is used for the general daily transportation of an individual or property.
(2)"Classic vehicle" means:
(a)a motor vehicle or motorcycle:
(i)with a model year of 1982 or older; and
(ii)that is driven fewer than 1,500 miles per calendar year; or
(b)a classic travel trailer.
(3)"Motor vehicle" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-1a-102 .
(4)"Motorcycle" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-1a-102 .
