4-46-301. LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account.
(1)There is created a restricted account within the General Fund entitled the "LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account."
(2)The LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account shall consist of:
(a)appropriations by the Legislature;
(b)grants from federal or private sources;
(c)revenue paid in accordance with Section 59-2-506 , 59-2-511 , 59-2-1705 , or 59-2-1710 ; and
(d)interest and earnings from the account.
(3)The Land Conservation Board created in Section 4-46-201 may use appropriations from the account in accordance with Section 4-46-302 .
