4-25-301. Allowing swine to run at large -- Class B misdemeanor.
(1)A person is guilty of a class B misdemeanor if the person:
(a)is in control of a swine; and
(b)allows the swine to run at large.
(2)A person described in Subsection
(1)is liable for damage caused by the swine running at large.
