17-78-201. Development of county resources.
(1)A county may provide for the development of the county's mineral, water, personnel, industrial, historical, cultural, and other resources.
(2)A county may expend county funds as are considered advisable to carry out the purposes of Subsection
(1).
(3)Nothing in this section modifies the requirements of Section 17-78-103 .
