17-75-702. Violations -- Misdemeanor -- Ineligibility for employment and forfeiture of position.
An individual who has been adjudged guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the personnel rules made in accordance with this chapter shall, for a period of five years:
(1)be ineligible for appointment to or employment in a county position; and
(2)if a county officer or employee, forfeit the county office or position.
