11-46b-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Livestock" means cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, mules, poultry, or domesticated elk as defined in Section 4-39-102 .
(2)"Political subdivision" means:
(a)a municipality as defined in Section 10-1-104 ; or
(b)a county, as it relates to the regulation of livestock in the unincorporated area of the county.
