Section, act June 29, 1935, ch. 338, title I, § 9, as added Aug. 14, 1946, ch. 966, title I, § 101(2), 60 Stat. 1083, authorized appropriations for agricultural experiment stations, provided for availability of funds and unexpended balances, and prescribed allotments for the experiment stations. See sections 361c, 361d, and 361g of this title.
