Commodity Credit Corporation sales price restrictions

To make technical and correcting changes in agriculture programs

Entitled the “Food Security Improvements Act of 1986”

To make certain technical corrections to amendments made by the Food Security Act of 1985, and for other purposes

To provide for an acreage diversion program applicable to producers of the crop of winter wheat harvested in 1987, and otherwise to extend assistance to farmers adversely affected by natural disasters in 1986

To provide drought assistance to agricultural producers, and for other purposes

To provide for reconciliation pursuant to section 5 of the concurrent resolution on the budget for the fiscal year 1990

To authorize the acceptance of a donation of land for addition to Big Bend National Park, in the State of Texas

To designate certain national forest system lands in the State of Kentucky for inclusion in the National Wilderness Preservation System, to release other forest lands for multiple use management, and for other purposes

To extend and revise agricultural price support and related programs, to provide for agricultural export, resource conservation, farm credit, and agricultural research and related programs, to ensure consumers an abundance of food and fiber at reasonable prices, and for other purposes
