§ 203. REWARDS FOR JUSTICE AND HIZBALLAH’S FUNDRAISING, FINANCING, AND MONEY LAUNDERING ACTIVITIES.

Report .— Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [ Dec. 18, 2015 ], the Secretary of State shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that details actions taken by the Department of State through the Department of State rewards program under section 36 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act [of 1956] ( 22 U.S.C. 2708 ) to obtain information on fundraising, financing, and money laundering activities of Hizballah and its agents and affiliates.
Briefing .— Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [ Dec. 18, 2015 ], and annually thereafter, the Secretary of State shall provide a briefing to the appropriate congressional committees on the status of the actions described in subsection (a). Appropriate Congressional Committees Defined .— In this section, the term ‘appropriate congressional committees’ means— the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate.
