“The sanctions against Iraq specified in paragraphs
(1)through
(4)of section 586G(a) of the Iraq Sanctions Act of 1990 (as contained in Public Law 101–513 ) [set out below], including denial of export licenses for United States persons and prohibitions on United States Government sales, shall be applied to the same extent and in the same manner with respect to Iran.
