Uncorrected Error .— If the retirement coverage error has not been corrected, as soon as practicable after discovery of the error, such individual shall be covered under the correct retirement coverage, effective as of the date of the retirement coverage error. Corrected Error .— If the retirement coverage error has been corrected before the effective date of this title, the corrective action taken before such date shall remain in effect.
