§ 339B. REPORTING PROCESS FOR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT ONBOARD AIRCRAFT.

In General .— Not later than two years after the date of the enactment of this Act [ Oct. 5, 2018 ], the Attorney General, in coordination with relevant Federal agencies, shall establish a streamlined process, based on the plan required under section 339A(e) of this Act, for individuals involved in incidents of alleged sexual misconduct onboard aircraft to report such allegations of sexual misconduct to law enforcement in a manner that protects the privacy and confidentiality of individuals involved in such allegations. Availability of Reporting Process .— The process for reporting established under subsection
(a)shall be made available to the public on the primary Internet websites of— the Office for Victims of Crime and the Office on Violence Against Women of the Department of Justice; the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and the Department of Transportation.”
