“In this title: Administrator .— The term ‘Administrator’ means the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration. Department .— The term ‘Department’ means the Department of Homeland Security. Precheck program .— The term ‘PreCheck Program’ means the trusted traveler program implemented by the Transportation Security Administration under section 109(a)(3) of the Aviation and Transportation Security Act ( Public Law 107–71 ; 49 U.S.C. 114 note).
