L. 96–294, title V, § 565 , June 30, 1980 , 94 Stat. 752 , provided that definitions in section 8211 of this title apply to this subchapter and defined additional terms. Section 8281a, Pub. L. 95–619, title VII, § 711 , as added Pub. L. 96–294, title V, § 565 , June 30, 1980 , 94 Stat. 754 , provided that this subchapter apply to any public utility for which coverage is provided under section 8212 of this title .
