L. 96–157, § 2 , Dec. 27, 1979 , 93 Stat. 1218 , required maintenance of a fund for juvenile delinquency programs consisting of minimum of 19.15 per centum of the appropriations each fiscal year for title I of Pub. L. 90–351 . Another section 1002 of Pub. L. 90–351 , title V, June 19, 1968 , 82 Stat. 235 , is classified as a note under section 7313 of Title 5 , Government Organization and Employees.
Section 3793b, Pub. L. 90–351, title I, § 1003 , as added Pub. L. 96–157, § 2 , Dec. 27, 1979 , 93 Stat. 1219 , authorized annual appropriations of $25,000,000 for fiscal years ending Sept. 30, 1980 , through 1983, for Office of Community Anti-Crime Programs.
