§ 312. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

In General .— There are authorized to be appropriated to the Commission to carry out the duties of the Commission consistent with the purposes of this title and pursuant to the work plan approved under section 304, $35,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029. Availability .— Any sums appropriated under the authorization contained in this section shall remain available until expended.”
