In this subchapter: The term “Advisory Council” means the National Advisory Council on Healthcare Research and Quality established under section 299c of this title . The term “Agency” means the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. The term “Director” means the Director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
