In this part: The term “Advisory Council” means the advisory council established by the Secretary under section 274k(a)(1) of this title . The term “bone marrow” means the cells found in adult bone marrow and peripheral blood. The term “outcomes database” means the database established by the Secretary under section 274 l of this title. The term “Program” means the C.W. Bill Young Cell Transplantation Program established under section 274k of this title . ( July 1, 1944, ch. 373 , title III, § 379A–1, as added Pub.
