§ 2296a–2. Authorization of appropriations

There is authorized to be appropriated $715,000,000 to carry out this part. The aggregate amount authorized in the preceding sentence shall be increased annually as provided in section 2296a of this title , based upon an inflation index to be determined by the Secretary. Funds described in subsection
