Specialty Metals Clause Reference .— Section 70923(f)(5) is amended by striking ‘section 2533b’ and inserting ‘section 4863’. Berry Amendment Reference .— Section 70926(1) is amended by striking ‘section 2533a’ and inserting ‘section 4862’. Effective Date .— The amendments made by this section shall take effect on January 1, 2022 .
