“There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act an initial appropriation of— $2,000,000 for salaries and expenses of the Board; and $40,000,000 to be deposited into the Asset Proceeds and Space Management Fund for activities related to the implementation of the Board’s recommendations.
