§ 1975. Report to Congress

Not later than 60 days after the date on which a cash prize is awarded under this title,1 the Secretary shall post on a publicly available website a report on the prize competition that includes—
(1)if the Secretary has entered into an agreement under section 1973 of this title, a statement by the Marine Debris Foundation that describes the activities carried out by the Marine Debris Foundation relating to the duties described in section 1973 of this title; and
(2)a statement by 1 or more of the judges appointed under section 1974 of this title that explains the basis on which the winner of the cash prize was selected.
