§ 1971. Definitions

In this subchapter:
(1)Prize competition The term “prize competition” means the competition for the award of the Genius Prize for Save Our Seas Innovations established under section 1972 of this title.
(2)Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce.
