That the $5,000,000 authorized to be appropriated in section 10 of the Flood Control Act approved August 18, 1941 [set out as a note under this section], is reauthorized to be appropriated, and the sum of $20,000,000 additional is authorized to be appropriated, for expenditure by the Department of Agriculture for the prosecution of the works of improvement authorized to be carried out by that Department by the Flood Control Act of December 22, 1944 [ act Dec. 22, 1944, ch. 665 , 58 Stat. 887 ].”
