“In this Act: Appropriate congressional committees .— The term ‘appropriate congressional committees’ means— the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Oversight and Reform [now Committee on Oversight and Accountability] of the House of Representatives. Agency .— The term ‘agency’ has the meaning given the term in section 306 of title 5 , United States Code. Director .— The term ‘Director’ means the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Real property .— The term ‘real property’ has the meaning given the term in section 1.856–10 of title 26, Code of Federal Regulations, or any successor thereto.
