§ 5939. EFFECTIVE DATE.

In General .— Except as provided in subsection (b), this subtitle shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act [ Dec. 23, 2022 ]. Exception .— Subsections (c)(1), (d), and

(e)of section 5934 shall take effect on the date that is 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act.”
