Temporary Delay of Repeal of United States Trustee System .— Effective immediately before November 10, 1986 , section 408(c) of the Act of November 6, 1978 ( Public Law 95–598 ; 92 Stat. 2687 ), is amended by striking out ‘ November 10, 1986 ’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘30 days after the effective date of the Bankruptcy Judges, United States Trustees, and Family Farmer Bankruptcy Act of 1986 [ Pub. L. 99–554 ]’. Conforming Amendment .— Section 408 of the Act of November 6, 1978 ( Public Law 95–598 ; 92 Stat. 2687 ), is repealed.
