Section, Pub. L. 85–767, Aug. 27, 1958, 72 Stat. 908; Pub. L. 88–423, § 4(b), Aug. 13, 1964, 78 Stat. 397, provided for use of funds for construction and maintenance of public lands highways, cooperation with State agencies, the application of section 112 of this title to public lands highways, and for use of such funds for adjacent ancillary facilities and services.
