§ 290h–1. United States African Development Foundation

There is established a body corporate to be known as the “United States African Development Foundation” (hereafter in this subchapter referred to as the “Foundation”). The Foundation shall establish a principal office in the United States and may establish such branch offices in Africa as may be necessary to carry out its functions. ( Pub. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Department of Defense or the Department of Veterans Affairs to lease or purchase new light duty vehicles for any executive fleet, or for an agency’s fleet inventory, except in accordance with Presidential Memorandum—Federal Fleet Performance, dated May 24, 2011.
