§ 1118. EFFECTIVE DATE.

“This subtitle shall— take effect 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [ Dec. 8, 2003 ]; and shall apply to agreements described in section 1112 that are entered into 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.”
