In this subchapter, 1 the following definitions apply: The term “Board of Regents” means the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution. The term “Congressional Commission” means the Commission to Study the Potential Creation of a National Women’s History Museum, established under section 3056 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3810 ).
