In this subchapter: The term “Board of Regents” means the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution. The term “Council” means the National Museum of African American History and Culture Council established by section 80r–3 of this title . The term “Museum” means the National Museum of African American History and Culture established by section 80r–2 of this title .
