§ 80q–15. Authorization of appropriations

There is authorized to be appropriated to the Board of Regents to carry out this subchapter (other than as provided in sections 80q–5(b)(1)(B), 80q–6, 80q–8, 80q–9, 80q–10, 80q–12, and 80q–13(c)(5) of this title)— $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1990; and such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year. Funds appropriated under subsection
(a)shall remain available without fiscal year limitation for any period prior to the availability of the facilities to be constructed under section 80q–5 of this title for administrative and planning expenses and for the care and custody of the collections of the National Museum.
