L. 90–576, title I, § 101(b) , Oct. 16, 1968 , 82 Stat. 1069 , prohibited Federal control of education (curriculum, program of instruction, administration, or personnel of any educational institution or school system), and related to labor standards requirement (prevailing wage rates), and were superseded by sections 1232a and 1232b of this title, respectively.
