L. 89–698, title I, § 101 , Oct. 29, 1966 , 80 Stat. 1066 , made provision for a program of international studies and research involving operation of centers for advanced international studies. See section 1123 of this title . Section 1173, Pub. L. 89–698, title I, § 102 , Oct. 29, 1966 , 80 Stat. 1067 , provided for undergraduate programs in international studies. See section 1124 of this title .
