Section 86, act Mar. 3, 1901, ch. 830, § 1 , 31 Stat. 968 , related to division of salaries of employees of House. Section 87, act Mar. 3, 1901, ch. 830, § 1 , 31 Stat. 968 , related to requiring or permitting employees of House to sublet duties. Section 88, act Mar. 3, 1901, ch. 830, § 1 , 31 Stat. 968 , prescribed age limits of twelve and eighteen for service as pages in House of Representatives but made the restriction inapplicable to chief pages, riding pages, and telephone pages.
