When establishment of the monument has been effected, pursuant to sections 450 oo to 450 oo –10 of this title, the Secretary of the Interior shall administer, protect, and develop the monument in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes” approved August 25, 1916 ( 39 Stat. 535 ), 1 as amended.
