§ 430g–3. Donation of non-Federal lands

The Secretary of the Interior shall accept on behalf of the United States, the donation of approximately 31 acres of land known as the “Taney Farm” for administration as part of the Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania if such land is offered to be conveyed to the United States without cost to the United States by the Gettysburg Battlefield Preservation Association. Upon acceptance of title thereto by the United States, such property shall be subject to all laws and regulations applicable to the park. ( Pub. L. 100–132, § 1 , Oct. 16, 1987 , 101 Stat. 807 .)
