The Tupelo National Battlefield site is redesignated the Tupelo National Battlefield which shall continue to be administered pursuant to the Act of August 25, 1916 ( 39 Stat. 535 ), as amended and supplemented, entitled “An Act to establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes.” 1 ( Pub. L. 87–133, § 2 , Aug. 10, 1961 , 75 Stat. 336 .)
