Sections 423 l –1 to 423 l –6 of this title may be cited as the “Richmond National Battlefield Park Act of 2000”. In sections 423 l –1 to 423 l –6 of this title: The term “battlefield park” means the Richmond National Battlefield Park. The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior. ( Pub.
