§ 410yy–1. Definitions

As used in this subchapter, the term— “Commission” means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation Advisory Commission established by section 410yy–8 of this title . “park” means the Keweenaw National Historical Park established by section 410yy–2(a)(1) of this title . “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
