For the purposes of this subchapter— the term “preservation district” means the Jimmy Carter National Preservation District established under section 410hhhh–1 of this title ; the term “historical park” means the Jimmy Carter National Historical Park established under section 410hhhh of this title ; and the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
