§ 410aaa–43. Transfer of lands

On October 31, 1994 , the Secretary shall transfer the lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management depicted on the maps described in section 410aaa–42 of this title , without consideration, to the administrative jurisdiction of the Director of the National Park Service. The boundaries of the public lands shall be adjusted accordingly. ( Pub. L. 103–433, title V, § 503 , Oct. 31, 1994 , 108 Stat. 4490 .)
