The lands hereinbefore described and the building to be erected thereon shall become a part of the Independence National Historical Park and shall be administered in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable thereto. ( Pub. L. 88–477, § 3 , Aug. 21, 1964 , 78 Stat. 587 .)
