All fugitives from justice taking refuge in the park shall be subject to the same laws as fugitives from justice found in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. ( June 5, 1942, ch. 341, § 2 , 56 Stat. 317 ; June 25, 1948, ch. 646, § 39 , 62 Stat. 992 .)
