§ 63.2370. How do I demonstrate initial compliance with the emission limitations, operating limits, and work practice standards?

(a)You must demonstrate initial compliance with each emission limitation and work practice standard that applies to you as specified in Tables 6 and 7 to this subpart.
(b)You demonstrate initial compliance with the operating limits requirements specified in § 63.2346(e) by establishing the operating limits during the initial performance test or design evaluation.
(c)You must submit the results of the initial compliance determination in the Notification of Compliance Status according to the requirements in § 63.2382(d). If the initial compliance determination includes a performance test and the results are submitted electronically via the Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI) in accordance with § 63.2386(g), the unit(s) tested, the pollutant(s) tested, and the date that such performance test was conducted may be submitted in the Notification of Compliance Status in lieu of the performance test results. The performance test results must be submitted to CEDRI by the date the Notification of Compliance Status is submitted. [69 FR 5063, Feb. 3, 2004, as amended at 85 FR 40765, July 7, 2020]
