On July 31, 2017, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management submitted a negative declaration letter to EPA certifying that there are no existing Sewage Sludge Incineration
(SSI)units in the State of Indiana subject to the emissions guidelines at 40 CFR part 60, subpart MMMM. [84 FR 3714, Feb. 13, 2019]
