(a)The effective date of the plan submitted on April 23, 1998 by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control for municipal solid waste landfills is November 16, 1999.
(b)The effective date of the plan submitted on October 10, 2017 by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control for municipal solid waste landfills is March 23, 2020. [85 FR 9675, Feb. 20, 2020]
